"Former Top Chef contestant Chris Crary is back on the Sunset Strip with a new restaurant to be called 1 Kitchen. The restaurant will open next month and will feature all-day dining, nice patio seating, and an associated lobby bar called Juniper Tree. It will focus on California meats and produce and will emphasize sustainability, including not offering Styrofoam takeout containers.
