"Curtis Brooner says he was trapped in the restaurant bathroom for about an hour after the door wouldn’t open; staffers allegedly slid a fly swatter under the door to help him jimmy the lock, which cut his hand, and he heard employees laughing during the ordeal. A manager reportedly offered him free food for life as an apology, an offer he used for weeks until a regional manager rescinded it.
