"Another new food vendor is signed on to the upcoming Bourse food hall. Barry’s Buns, a bakery with a location at the Market at the Fareway in Chestnut Hill, is bringing its sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, babka, and butter cake to the Bourse. Owner Joel Singer was formerly the regional bakery associate coordinator for Whole Foods. He also honed his craft as assistant pastry chef at The Rittenhouse hotel.
