"As a weekday takeaway option during the same three-month run, Ludo Bird will operate a grab-and-go fried chicken sandwich counter from the former Georgie space inside the hotel; the sandwiches will be available from the chef’s counter Monday through Friday from noon to 2 p.m. or until sellout.
