"Ousted Comedor chef and Top Chef winner Gabe Erales is opening a restaurant with Urbanspace Hospitality on Rainey Street. Bacalar and its walk-up window counterpart Tómalo Taqueria will focus on food from the state of Yucatán in Mexico.
