"I found a stylish urban taproom tucked into the Neuhoff development in eastern Germantown that occupies a 1920s meatpacking building within a 14-acre waterfront project on the west bank of the Cumberland River. Inside the space feels beautifully raw — concrete pillars, exposed brick beneath lofty 20-foot ceilings, a lounge nook with vibrant retro chairs and leather sofas, communal high-tops and a back-of-house stage ready for live music — while outside a series of patios feature communal tables, drink ledges, Adirondacks around a small grassy area, cornhole, and a semi-enclosed seating nook lit by hanging bulbs in yellow construction-light cages and string lights that create a warm evening vibe. I appreciated that Monday Night Brewing brought a deep beer selection here: 24 taps with roughly one-third IPAs, a smart mix of widely available flagship beers and creative small-batch offerings that range from funky and tart to crisp, fudgy, hoppy, and dessert-sweet; must-try standouts for me were Schwaka (foeder-fermented Pilsner), Imaginary Grace (three-year blended koelship beer), and Darker Subject Matter (bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout). The venue also functions as a beverage house — hard seltzers, slushies, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic options — and offers snacks from a cheese box and knotty pretzels to cookies and GooGoo Clusters, making it suitable whether you’re on a bachelorette trolley, working with a brew in hand, or just out for drinks; Monday Night Brewing already runs two Atlanta locations and one in Birmingham, and the Nashville taproom is open Mon–Thu noon–10 p.m., Fri–Sat noon–midnight, and Sun noon–8 p.m." - Eater
