Wines here are fun and approachable, but nowhere near simple or sophomoric: the Baba Yaga features Yakima Valley grenache for a vibrant white, while the Peaseblossom blends dolcetto, chardonnay, and pinot noir for a fruity glass of bubbles on a summer day.
