"Bankers Hill Bar + Restaurant will invite guests to celebrate Easter with an extended three-course brunch, available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Priced at $38 per person, the three-course brunch selections include: house-made cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and salted caramel; buttermilk fried quail, Texas quail with masa cake, duck gravy and pickled mustard seeds; ham and smashed avocado Benedict, house-made English muffins topped with poached eggs, serrano ham, charred onions and Hollandaise, served with BH home fries; braised carnitas chilaquiles with tomatillo sauce, cotija cheese, black beans, cilantro, lime cream and an up egg; butterscotch pudding with crème fraiche, pecan toffee and shortbread cookies; and more." - Jackie Bryant
