"Agnes, located on Green Street in Pasadena, is a new all-day restaurant, cheesery, and marketplace known for its attention to detail. The venue features retro font choices and color schemes reminiscent of throwback family dinners and Midwestern hangouts. It offers thoughtfully sourced meats and cheeses on charcuterie boards, in-house made jams and preserves, and wines selected for pairing. The interior boasts padded seats, mobile butcher block tables, terrazzo tile at the bar, and blonde wood tables. The open kitchen runs the length of the historic 1922 building, showcasing a fiery hearth and spaces for employee-customer interaction. The restaurant includes a 1,200-square-foot patio for outdoor dining. General manager Kyrsten Salazar oversees the market, indoor dining, and patio areas, ensuring COVID-19 protocols are followed.
