"After receiving a small donation of outdoor propane heaters from their landlord, the restaurant converted a previously low-priority plan into a thriving outdoor dining area that has been described as a game changer — the patio has been consistently full since opening. The outdoor space expanded capacity by roughly 25 percent (adding 26 seats to 99 indoor seats) and has been continually improved with speakers, a rain-blocking awning, fans, and dozens of planter baskets that add color and ambiance.
