"Cocktails aren’t exactly a specialty of the house at Dingo’s, but there’s an argument to be made that watching a rugby game in a lawn chair with a frosty can of lager is the Australian equivalent. A hybrid bottle shop/sports bar/hangout space, Dingo’s makes this list simply because it’s a novelty in the Portland drinking scene.
