"Union Joints restaurant group is going all out for Fat Tuesday with gourmet paczki, available for preorder and in limited supply for walk-ins. Flavors include Honcho coffee, filled with coffee custard, chocolate ganache, and candied orange; pistachio with white chocolate mousse and freeze-dried raspberries; and tart cherry lime filling with a sprinkle of Tajín. Peaches and creme brulee combines peach filling, vanilla custard topping, and a caramel garnish, while hot pepper jam brings the heat with a spicy jam filling, cream cheese icing, and hot honey sea foam. Chocolate peanut butter rounds out the lineup with chocolate custard, peanut butter caramel icing, and a Cap’n Crunch puppy chow topping.
