"A new Japanese restaurant with a sushi bar will open in the subterranean level, helmed by chef Tadashi Ono (formerly of Matsuri). It replaces the cocktail bar Serena’s, takes its name from former Hotel Chelsea resident Teruko Yokoi, and will showcase a collection of her original art, per a spokesperson.
