"A family-friendly restaurant boasting a massive wall of craft beers, Oz. Tap House (pronounced 'ounce'), is heading to the River Place shopping center at 10601 Ranch Road 2222 in the North Austin area. While the restaurant is currently raising funding on NextSeed, it’s slated for a November opening. Update, February 20, 2019: Oz. Tap House is now open as of early February. Oz’s distinguishing feature is the wall of 40 draft taps of local beer and wine. Customers will order using an RFID card, and can dispense drafts in pours ranging from one to 16 ounces. Cicerones will be on staff to help guide tastings. Food is also available through self-service kiosks or a staffed station. The menu will include burgers, salads, and meat and cheese boards. The space has a large lawn and multi-level deck with the potential for live entertainment. There will also be games for kids like cornhole and foosball. Owners Krista and Sean Kanter, a husband and wife team, have a combined 35 years in the restaurant industry as owner-operators of a Jersey Mike’s Subs franchise." - Erin Russell
