"This hotel-based Italian restaurant has endured its third head-chef turnover since opening in 2021: the debut chef was NYC-based Mark Ladner, a Del Posto alum, who left and returned to New York after 18 months; he was succeeded by Tony Susi, the former chef and owner of now-closed North End favorite Sage. According to a restaurant representative, Susi left to pursue another opportunity—"no word on what that is just yet."
