"I've learned that Melvin Ziegler, owner of Bud’s parent company, will open a new 2,000-square-foot Bud’s Broiler on the corner of City Park Avenue and Canal; the site is currently a parking lot, the restaurant will be open 24/7, and it will sell beer and wine. Ziegler also says all Bud’s locations will soon add new menu items, including hamburger po-boys, rotisserie wings and the vegetarian Impossible Burger." - Clair Lorell
