"Flatiron: Clemente Bar opened this week attached to Daniel Humm’s three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, named after artist Francesco Clemente. Beverage director Sebastian Tollius and Humm have given the bar-within-the-restaurant its own interior design but continue with the vegan mandate EMP took on during the pandemic. There’s a bar area with a la carte as well as an eight-seat tasting counter with three seatings priced at $225 per person." - Emma Orlow
