The focus of Mandala’s menu is modern and homestyle Vietnamese and Thai dishes, which chef/owner Kieu Pham sees as “similar,” because “both are very flavorful and use a lot of herbs.” Pham emphasizes cost-effectiveness: she only sells dishes she would personally pay for.
