"The Fenway restaurant has several winter skill-building sessions: a martini-making class with bartending legend Jackson Cannon on Saturday, January 11 (already sold out), a pasta-making class on Sunday, January 19 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. led by executive chef Brian Rae (participants receive recipes, fresh pasta to take home, and snacks), and a breadmaking class on Sunday, January 26 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. taught by head baker Emma Hughes (students get a fresh loaf to take home, a recipe to recreate it, and snacks).
