"Pomelo chef Aom Srisuk and her husband and partner Frankie Weinberg opened their second restaurant — Good Catch, a Thai bistro specializing in seafood — in January. The larger kitchen is equipped to fry a whole sea bass, served with a sweet and spicy bird chili sauce made bright with citrus and garlic. There’s a steamed sea bass on the menu as well, with chili, garlic and lime.
