"One of the city’s most popular coffee spots, La Colombe, is opening up its first-ever New York City roastery. The 783 square-foot space, at 95 East Houston Street, on the Lower East Side, will be the company’s ninth New York cafe to debut. The new roastery, hoping to capture grocery shoppers, will be situated inside of the Bowery Whole Foods, which already carries canned versions of its coffee." - Emma Orlow
