The low-key interior, with dark wood beams and string lights overhead, feels nostalgic for those who grew up dining at Los Angeles’s Mexican restaurants. A sizable platter of chicken enchiladas offers tender, shredded chicken with a tangy salsa. Fajitas come on a proper sizzling skillet with a bonus of potatoes to help mop up the brown juices.
