"A voluntary recall was initiated after Listeria monocytogenes was found on processing equipment used for lemons, limes, oranges, and potatoes; the affected produce was sent to retailer distribution centers in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia and to wholesalers in Maryland and North Carolina.
