"A co-owner alleges that last October a confrontation between patrons — including a high-profile social media influencer — and the establishment’s staff escalated into a physical altercation captured on video, leaving the co-owner with lingering physical and emotional injuries. The resulting lawsuit accuses the influencer of battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and engaging in acts of violence motivated by race, national origin, citizenship, immigration status and primary language.
