"Local Roots Market and Cafe, set to open on July 9th, is the first brick-and-mortar location by Local Roots founder Wen-Jay Ying. The cafe features a mix of pastries, heartier dishes reflecting Ying’s Chinese American background, teas, kombucha, and shrubs.
