"After shuttering his El Cajon Boulevard restaurant, Jeff Rossman has shifted his focus to his family's longtime catering business. This year's Passover menu features gefilte fish with carrots and potatoes, matzo ball soup, a mixed baby green salad with the choice of chicken adobo or chile-braised brisket, herb-roasted potatoes, and roasted carrots and cauliflower. For dessert, flourless chocolate cake, matzo toffee, and macaroons are available. One traditional seder plate will be offered for every two people.
