"Chef José Andrés’s popular steakhouse announced in October 2024 that it would close at the Sahara Las Vegas and reopen at the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort. The Sahara confirmed to Eater Las Vegas that Bazaar Meat is signed with the Sahara to stay open through June 30.
