"This Vietnamese deli serves up only four types of banh mi and offers only one table for in-store dining, but it’s worth cruising the compact parking lot and fighting for a spot to stop in. The BBQ pork banh mi ($6) is good but lacks the grilled flavor you’ll find elsewhere, so it’s worth paying the extra 50 cents to get the dac biet. Nissi (the owner) uses slightly thicker cuts of pork shank (with pinkish red rind) in the sandwich, the chewiness countered nicely by the cripsy cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon, and spicy jalapenos. This is also one of the most pate-forward sandwiches in the Seattle area." - Jay Friedman, Eater Staff
