Chinese Hot Pot Restaurant Liuyishou Is Opening in Austin - Eater Austin

"Liuyishou Hot Pot focuses on Chinese-style all-you-can-eat hot pot with soup bases with which diners can cook meats, seafood, and vegetables. The restaurant also offers non-hot pot dishes like appetizers, skewers, and desserts. The Austin location is designed by Canadian creative agency Hexagon Studio and features tables with cookers built into the surface. Liuyishou started in 2000 in Chongqing, China, and now has locations across the world, including Canada, America, Australia, Japan, etc. Its North American headquarters is in Vancouver. This would be its third Texas location, after its Houston one in March 2022 and Plano in January 2024." - Nadia Chaudhury
