"This East Side food trailer parked outside Nickel City is all about beefy, griddled sliders with a nod to Detroit. Don’t be fooled by the “slider” name — the burgers here are plenty big, especially if you go for the double or triple stack. Each cheesy burger is laced with mustard, grilled onions, and pickles, all of which are served on a steamed bun starting at about $7. If you’re a vegetarian, fear not: Delray’s veggie version, made with seasoned Impossible meat, is also unreasonably good. Pro tip: Pair with a frozen Irish coffee when it’s hot outside.
