"The 'reimagined' Southern restaurant Watershed on Peachtree Street in Brookwood Hills has finally launched lunch after reopening three months ago under new owner, chef Matt Marcus. Diners can expect a 'quirky-meets-casual spin' on the mid-day meal like fried green tomatoes with crab ravigote sauce, a beef heart reuben on marbled rye, and a Southern bento box consisting of the restaurant’s fried chicken (which once used Edna Lewis’ recipe), barbecue pork, macaroni salad, greens, and a deviled egg. Lunch is served Tuesday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m." - Beth McKibben
