"Set up as a retrofitted steamer trunk that opens (literally) outside the Loews Vanderbilt hotel's Mason Bar area, I found The Bellhop Bar by Loews Hotels operating as a daily happy-hour pop-up from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (announced with the toll of a bell), offering local, pre-batched libations and domestically produced wine poured, mixed, and served on demand. The bar’s bespoke beverages are stored in antique apothecary-style bottles, and standout offerings include two cocktails crafted especially for Nashville: the Tennessee Revival (Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Firepot Soul Revival, and orange bitters) and the Nashville Hot (house-infused smoked jalapeño Hangar One Vodka, olive juice, pepperoncini juice, and an olive oil mister), a spicy take on the traditional martini.
