"Planned at 360 Park Avenue South, the upcoming restaurant is inspired by Kent’s grandmother and the houseboat where he spent summers; Danny Garcia will be the chef (he was Kent’s executive sous chef at the Nomad and is currently on Bravo’s Top Chef) and Renata Ameni is slated to run the pastry program.
