"Located at the Bellagio’s newly renovated pool, this new poolside restaurant offers a breezy, Mediterranean-inspired menu and a casual walk-up bar just in time for pool season. It serves breakfast and lunch with morning dishes like lemon blueberry pancakes, avocado bruschetta, French toast, and breakfast sandwiches; afternoons bring a selection of salads, appetizers such as hummus with vegetables or shrimp cocktail, a few sushi rolls, and heartier plates including chicken tenders and salmon piccata. Cocktails lean bright, fruity, and spritzy.
