"The dosa enthusiasts behind the Seaport’s fast-casual spot Madras Dosa Co. are headed to Harvard. The team has signed a lease on a new location in Harvard Square at 22 Eliot Street, near John F. Kennedy Street, and is aiming to open either by the end of December or in January, the company confirmed in an email. Similar to the Seaport shop, diners at the new location can expect a menu chock full of dosas, the South Indian staple of thin lentil crepes, and can choose their own fillings from a lineup that includes lamb, chicken, green chiles, and masala-flavored Lay’s potato chips. The campus outpost is aiming to cater to a late-night crowd and stay open seven days per week, 11 to 3 a.m., according to information listed on a Cambridge licensing application." - Erika Adams
