Their Buldak-ra-Bboki, Korean fried hot chicken and spicy rice cake ramen, is a creative mashup of tteokbokki and buldak, two popular Korean dishes. A quarter thigh of Cho and Park’s signature chili oil-dusted and dipped Korean fried chicken is placed atop a sizzling bed of melted mozzarella cheese.
