"I'm watching an upcoming all-day restaurant on 7th Street that comes to Los Angeles from Stockholm and whose founders include Benjamin Callejas of Livit; it's leaning into technology to turn tables faster and engage guests, and may even offer a multi-sensory dining experience complete with “scent strategy” and sound engineering. The concept includes a digitally-operated pizza oven customers can partially control when crafting their order, plus basic menu items beyond pizza—salads and share plates—along with daytime and nighttime drinks and morning coffee supplied by Vagabond Coffee.
