"After closing Brush Sushi in 2022 ahead of its relocation to Buckhead in 2023, chef Jason Liang and John Chen opened their latest venture together in the Decatur space just two weeks later. Cuddlefish centers its dinner menu on temaki or hand rolls, but does offer a section of “Chef Sets” serving everything from miso soup and poke to temaki and sushi.
