"Echo’s, a wood-fired pizza hub by Theresa Galli, Gavin Cady, and Kate Heller, opens tomorrow. Located in a renovated historic building, the restaurant features a big wood-fired oven, booths, tables, a full bar, and an open-air patio. The menu includes wood-fired pizzas, small plates, entrees, salads, and loaves of Leo’s Bread. Operating hours are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays (closed Tuesdays) and 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends, with plans to expand to lunch hours." - Stephanie Carter
