"A decade after opening on Capitol Hill, I noted that The Pretzel Bakery has added an 800-square-foot Potomac grab-and-go in Cabin John Village (7961 Tuckerman Lane) sending out small-batch, hand-rolled soft pretzels, breakfast sliders, and a Nutella-filled “pretzel bomb,” along with La Colombe coffee, cold brew, basil lemonade, a “Hotella” (hot chocolate made with Nutella), and Italian ice in summer; hours are Tuesday–Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends starting at 8 a.m., and owner Sean Haney called the new location a dream come true after seven years of looking for the right spot." - Tierney Plumb
