"Liquid Diet, a new bar in downtown Las Vegas, features a slightly spooky decor, a large open kitchen, and a lineup of food-inspired cocktails. The standout cocktail is the pico de gallo michelada, made with tomato water, red onion, and cilantro, carbonated and served with beer. The bar is located in a 70-year-old auto garage at 1415 South Commerce Street, near Imperial Avenue. The owners maintained the brick-wrapped industrial vibe with abstract art on the walls. The bar lacks signage and opens at sunset Wednesday through Sunday, closing at 1 a.m." - Janna Karel
