"A seasonal Detroit-style collaboration that brings Corktown barbecue flavors to the chain's iconic square deep-dish. Available through Labor Day at all locations, the Yardbird turns a signature smoked pulled chicken sandwich into a pizza topped with Amish pulled chicken, bacon, sautéed mushrooms and cheddar tossed in whole-grain honey mustard barbecue sauce with a drizzle of apple barbecue sauce. The brisket pizza pairs Wisconsin brick cheese with smoked beef brisket and onion, finished with Mary Ann sauce and chopped pickles.
