"A walk-up frozen-alcohol drink stand known for its yard-long containers saw its business license at the casino location temporarily suspended after county officials said it violated the governor’s July 10 emergency directive re-closing bars to limit COVID-19 spread. Authorities argued the stand does not operate as a “restaurant-type setting” that serves alcohol with food, and the license will be reinstated once bars are allowed to reopen.
