"Hearth & Dram, the LoDo saloon known for its wide selection of whiskeys and menu of rustic favorites, will start serving boozy Saturday and Sunday brunches this weekend. According to a press release, the new brunch service is guided by the motto “Meat, Whiskey and Rock & Roll” which will be echoed in the menus, cocktails and vinyl record music that will be played during the brunches. Diners can expect such dishes as the Chilaquiles with smoked poblano crema, housemade tortilla strips, charred red onion, and tomatilla salsa, Wagyu Pastrami Hash with roasted red pepper, onions, housemade Russian dressing and shrimp and grits with a unique spoon bread crouton and a Colorado take on red-eye jus. Brunch will now be served at Hearth & Dram from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m on Saturday and Sunday." - Paul Albani-Burgio
