South Indian restaurant · Loop

"Art of Dosa has launched an online fundraiser as it prepares to reopen next month inside Revival Food Hall. Closed inside the Loop food hall since March 2020, the restaurant also shut down its commercial kitchen in August 2020, ceasing delivery operations. Ownership deferred reopening but now plans to do so by September as Revival has kept their stall reserved. Owner Ravi Nagubadi aims to raise $75,000 to cover a lease at a commercial kitchen, cooking equipment, installation, and license renewals. The fundraiser is a test of public interest in the restaurant's survival. Art of Dosa, popular for introducing dosa, a South Indian dish, opened inside Revival in December 2019 but faced setbacks due to COVID-19 and civil unrest." - Ashok Selvam
