Foothill Boulevard, Pasadena, CA 91107), I tried a limited-run collaboration with shoppy-shop darling Fly By Jing: spicy beef dumplings filled with American wagyu beef, five to an order, stir-fried in a wok with kale, onions, and Fly By Jing’s Sichuan-inspired Zhong sauce; they're sold only at this Pasadena location and available now through June 1.
