"Opened in the Mueller neighborhood in July 2017, the original Bao’d Up is a fast-casual Chinese spot serving steamed bao — buns filled with meats, cheeses, tofu, vegetables, and/or red beans — as well as gua bao and bubble teas. Owner Ting Lin opened this shop in July 2017, previously co-founded Xian Sushi and Noodle, and says his goal is to “spread bao to everyone in Austin.”" - Nadia Chaudhury
