"At 16 1/2 West 26th Street, I read that StormKing BBQ has dramatically reduced its hours to just five hours once a week: it will close for now and reopen on Saturday April 7, operating from noon until 5 pm or until the meat runs out. Owned and operated by Jordan Smith (who also runs Nicollet Avenue’s Black Sheep Pizza), the restaurant quickly became a haunt for people who love Texas-style brisket; Heavy Table raved the beef was the “pièce de résistance.
