"A new neighborhood-focused cafe in Mission Hill opened after more than a year of preparation by owners Lucia and Keith Patrick, who have both worked in the food industry and lived in the neighborhood for about a decade. The cozy 18-seat space serves breakfast all day and adds a lunch menu of sandwiches and salads from 11 a.m., with coffee and espresso drinks made from Speedwell Coffee, a small-batch roaster out of Plymouth. The community has been supportive during build-out, and the shop aims to fill a local gap in independent coffee options left by the indefinite closure of a nearby spot.
