Lincoln Tavern has all the requisite brunch staples, like eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, and french toast, but we recommend the Fruity Pebble pancakes for a dose of childhood nostalgia. They’re drizzled with an alarmingly magenta pink “cereal milk anglaise” that we promise isn’t anywhere near as sweet as it looks. Bring yourself back to adulthood with a “Bucket Of Bubbles” that you can use to make your own mimosas as strong or weak as the morning calls for.
